Project description
The objective of this project is the reduction of emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) from the change of land use and forests in Ecuador. It will do this through investments focused on the implementation of priority measures of the National REDD+ Action Plan that will control the drivers of deforestation, forest degradation and barriers to increase forest carbon stocks as well as improve the efficiency of use of soil. This will contribute to the mitigation of Climate Change.
