Project description
The project will support the government of Azerbaijan through the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to fulfil its obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), in particular to prepare its Fourth National Communication (FNC) and its Second Biennial Reporting (SBUR) in accordance with its commitments as a non-Annex 1 Party to UNFCCC.
